They are great. I bought these because I have a 3 year old grandson who stays with me one weekend a month and got out of his travel cot and needed a bed. Unfortunately I don't have room for a cot so I had to put it in my bed (I sleep on the couch anyway due to back problems). The bed is quite high off the floor and I was very worried that my grandson would hurt himself if he rolled over. That was definitely the solution. They sit very well in place, not moving at all. I have bed dogs and cats and they have survived the abuse of all my pets. If I could change anything it would be the design of the pump. The tubing between the pump, which you squeeze with your hand, and the tip that goes into the rail is only about 8 inches long. The tip inserted into the splint is not securely fastened. Each time you press the pump, it pulls the short hose and the nozzle turns off. Despite the pump's poor design, I give it five stars because the product does exactly what it's supposed to.
