Excellent Support, Easy Interface and Amazing Features
I like how they provide so many features for me as my own personal assistant! They are very easy of use with all these helpful tools at your disposal; it's hard not be happy when you're using them haha :) There isn't much i dislike about this software if anything there should possibly more options in terms of customization but everything else seems great.
In regards towards customer support - no issues here!! Their team members were always prompt whenever ever we had any queries or concerns regarding IndigentiALL platform (which was rarely). We have been able reach out through email which has helped us resolve most things almost instantly without wasting time waiting around for someone who may take longer than necessary before responding back.
