Very sharp and easy to use
I bought this set to replace a pair of old, rusty and falling apart knives. These scrubs are fantastic for the price. The blades are very sharp and glide easily over potatoes, carrots, cucumbers, zucchini, etc., removing only a thin layer of skin. They are comfortable to hold and work exactly as they should. And the price for a set of 2 is unbeatable.
