Figured out how to fix the pairing issue everyone is mentioning in the reviews. Since you can't reply to reviews, I'm posting them this way in the hope that others will see it to solve their problem. The S20BT keeps a device in its memory and the problem seems to be that when we tested it at the factory they forgot to delete the device it was connected to, so we think we'd connect it every time. To fix this, 1. Turn off the headphones2. Press and hold the power button until you hear the headphones make two dududu sounds (as the sound is described in the instructions).3. After the sound plays twice, you can release the power button4. Turn the headphones back on and plug them in5. Congratulations, your phone (or whatever device you are using) is now stored in the earbuds and every time you use them now they will automatically connect. I hope current and new owners see this to save you some headaches. .
