I like that they have been able to understand our business objectives, implement them with minimal impact and deliver great results. The team is always willing to go above and beyond for us! There's nothing much to dislike about TPO as it has performed well from day 1. If you're looking at an AI tool then this could be your solution. We were facing challenges of understanding which products within our portfolio would perform best when promoted together - also ensuring there was no cannibalisation across portfolios due to differences in product positioning/structure. We found the insights provided by TPO very insightful into how we can improve our performance within each portfolio but more importantly how different products should be positioned together.
