2nd update 18th October - Katty promptly sent a new replacement strap free of charge including shipping. That's great customer service! They emailed me to make sure the correct part was sent. The new strap seems to be holding up well. This wallet is very cute, offers plenty of room inside without being too bulky or soulful, and I love the color and feel of the leather. After this pleasant experience of doing things right, I definitely ordered from Katty! To update! August 28th - Katty contacted me and they are sending me a new strap based on my review below. I'm happy! Cheers great customer service! The new strap won't be here until October, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it lasts longer and that I can use my new Kattee bag for the holidays. Broke while wearing! So disappointed that this bag broke and I've only used it 5-7 times this month. I love the size of the bag, the leather texture, the overall look and color of the bag, but if the bag doesn't last more than a month, none of that helps. I was looking for a medium sized leather bag that would hold my purse, sunglasses etc etc and didn't have the odds like my other bags. I guess I'm looking for a new bag again and definitely won't be buying Katty again. And I'm terribly disappointed to be stuck with a busted $60 wallet because my return window only expired 6 days ago.
