Small-Medium in Basic Collars

I bought the first one, the medium size for my dog. It was too much. Then I bought a smaller one for my parents' dog. The smaller one is almost too big for him. It would be nice if the kit included instructions on where to turn on the light. My parents couldn't find where it turns on. I had to go to the product description to look at the pictures and tell her on the phone from there. They're both happy since Remy is black, so they better see him. My dad is color blind but he can see red well and constant light works best for him.
