Poor quality Coating on device

Edifier was delivered on 7/27/2018 in good condition. Actually, I started using it somewhere in August. As you can see in the photo, the cover came off the device through no fault of my own. However, it still works. The sound quality can sometimes be muffled and distorted. They are firmly fixed in each ear. I will not buy again as the case fell apart quickly.
