I will say that life is easier when you have help, I need it so much, like a Spaniard, we love making tortillas every day (old school) that I already have I've used it and it's well made, lasts many years, very easy to clean, I like big tortillas so I make them big, you can make medium and small if you want it is handy because you have to choose, you too You can use it to make gordits, pupuses, huaraches etc, the variety of things you can do is endless, just open the press and lala, this is real iron and I love it . I am very happy with my cast iron press.
