I ordered this set of colorful washi tapes to decorate my journal. I wanted them to be colorful so they would go with any theme and I wanted them to be narrow so they could function as borders and separators. Well these washi tapes come in a cute gift box, I liked them and they are slim which is what I wanted. But the colors look a little washed out compared to another set of Recolections washi tapes I had. I was ready to forget it until I tried to put the first piece of tape in my journal. The glue is very weak so the part came loose. I thought maybe this particular reel was defective so I tried several other reels from this set and the result was the same. I mean I know I paid $8 for 48 rolls which is very cheap so I wasn't expecting high quality but why would anyone pay $8 for washi tape that doesn't stick? Lots of positive reviews on this set, did I get a bad batch? Unfortunately I think this set is going back 😢
