It was shipped and received fairly quickly. When I received it there was a plastic protector for the mirror and for the shades. A few shadows managed to get into the palette, but there weren't many of them and they wiped off easily. The colors are very pigmented, all matte. They have very beautiful colors. The palette is the size of my palm, so it's good for traveling. I highly recommend this palette!
