Review on Maarga Systems Inc. by David Pirlet

Maarga is one of the few companies that have been able to effectively implement new ERP systems, and bring in a real change for their customers. They have a great team of people that are very knowledgeable and capable. Their project managers are very capable, and they have been able to work with our team to understand our business, and deliver value to us. They are also able to work with our sales team to better understand our needs. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that we had to do a full implementation of their system. We were able to use their toolkit to make the transition a little easier, but it was a full implementation. We are now able to track orders, and process invoices in a better way. The best part is, they are open minded and willing to learn. They have good knowledge about the products we use. Their support after implementation is also very good. Sometimes their sales people try to push us for more software than needed. I haven't found any dislike point in them. Nothing yet. We worked with them on implementing B2B eCRM system for our organization.
