Review on 🔌 Original 44W Charger AC Adapter for Microsoft Surface Pro 5 (Model 1796) & Surface Book 2 13.5" - 15V 2.58A 1800 by Shawn Pollock

It may be a fake, but for the past month it works well and costs much less than the real one. Compared to the original that came with the Surface Pro, the USB connector is reversed, the MS hologram sticker is not a hologram but just a glossy sticker, the "warts" panel on the cable is slightly smaller and it are other anomalies and differences in the fine print. If it doesn't die on me within a year or so I will buy it again.
