It's counterintuitive (I have 35 years of experience in IT so I know what I'm talking about). The fact that it turns itself off after a few hours is very frustrating. I think I need to download an app to change the sleep timer but I don't need another app. Also, the multi-function button is very sensitive and is pressed every time I touch the headset to take it off or put it on. I've looked through many headphones, this one is expensive and bites a big bazooka. The audio is okay, but I've given up taking a call on the headset and just approving phone calls. The headset still tells me how to answer the call after I answer it. Pretty annoying. World
