Overall this is a very good system but there is a problem. The slide button, which allows water to drain from the tip, is very difficult to slide up or down, especially when wet (and water seeping everywhere). This seems to be a major disadvantage as I can't just turn it on when it's in my mouth (need to take it out with both hands) and I can't turn it off without taking it out of my mouth (more water). As for cleaning, it does a good job. Hope they fix this feature.
