Review on 🎃 ZITRADES EL Wire 9ft: Portable White Neon Lights for Parties, Halloween, Christmas, Blacklight Run, DIY Decoration by Daveon Jumps

Got this for a cosplay, but it only seems to stay in one position, as a fast and rapid and spontaneous (and nauseating) strobe. The light is dim except for one very bright flicker, and the light only works if you hold the button down. You never know when it's going to flicker bright. I've tried it with seven different batteries, all in different combinations, and even toyed with connection point. Still, it doesn't seem to work. For the purpose I need it for, I need it at a steady light and for it to work without having to hold onto it at all times. For the purposes I needed it for, it was far from practical. Very, very disappointed, since all the reviews seemed severely positive.
