Firstly, it smells like Divine, but since I have a lot of hair, I need a little; A "healthy portionβ, if you will. It softened my hair and didn't weigh my curls down, instead making them longer. I will buy again at this price (I usually buy Miss Jessie's soft curls, but it costs a dollar more each time).
