This mechanism is packed in a plastic bag in China. It arrived on my porch in that plastic bag in a bubble bag. So mine arrived damaged. Looking at the ends of the batons, I saw that the metal baton of the second hand was tilted towards the minute hand. I managed to disassemble the mechanism, remove the gear and bent shaft and straighten them with needle-nosed pliers. It fits my application perfectly, replaces the original and the clock hangs on the wall again.
