The platform is intuitive, easy to use; has many features that are helpful for analysis of your data/community stats - but also allows you flexibility when it comes time to create custom dashboards or reports! I wish there was more robust reporting options available (ease-of creating charts etc). Have been able help get some great insight into our social media channels by using this tool as well have helped us understand what content resonates best at different times during day &amp night shifts so we can plan accordingly.- being an agency who works closely wt clients across multiple industries i really appreciate how detailed they keep things too make sure all aspects from engagement rates down tothe most basic metrics like likes / followers makes sense easily through one dashboard!
