First it charged my Zune HD quickly and reliably and got it packaged here quickly and neatly. Second, none of my songs are now syncing to my Zune HD. He screwed it up to the point where he's now giving me errors. I ordered this cable because my original Zune HD connector broke the other day after 13 years of its amazing performance, so I know my Zune software was working fine until this cable was connected to my laptop. Would have given 5 stars if it hadn't ruined my Zune software. Any prospective buyer of this connector should exercise caution when using this cable. In my honest opinion it's just great for charging your Zune HD and nothing else.
