First let me ask you to rate this product. The first one I received was broken. The touchscreen did not respond to touches. I got the second. Dragon Touch customer service is great! The second is fully functional. You really get a great frame for the price. I'm an older person now, but I still believe I can keep up with technology. I may not be as tech-savvy as some of my younger friends, but I'm good enough for an old hand. What, as they say. I couldn't figure out the instructions for setting up the image app. You were very vague. I used a USB with pictures on it and it was easy. The picture was great. The transitions were smooth and fairly steep. If the frame works, then it's very good. Although they could use better guidance. I think many older people would really like it if they could clearly understand how to use it. I gave it 3 stars. One and a half stars for the instructions and half a star for the broken one. I want to say again that Dragon Touch's customer service is very good. I have another product from them and it broke too BUT very nice people quickly replaced it. They are worth trying as they endorse their products. Well that's my review.
