This brush is not of the best quality. The soap part won't hold soap and will leak no matter how you position the brush. First I tried brushing down. I filled up and left. I was very upset when I went to the sink to find all the soap had spilled out of the brush and gone down the drain. All that soap goes to waste, which is a waste of money. I figured it might need to be stored differently so I hoped, filled it up, turned it upside down and left. Again disappointment and holey soap. Luckily I only let it sit for an hour before checking and the soap didn't drain completely. The cleaning brush itself is fine and about the same quality as a dollar store cleaning brush. So if you just want an overpriced brush then that's fine, but I don't recommend using it for soap as it will just go to waste.
