I have been working with Formsr for about ten years, first in their help desk, then as a consultant, now back as a customer service rep. They are ALWAYS willing to go above and beyond to help us solve our problems. The product itself is very easy to use and understand; they constantly update it as new features come up. They also have great training materials that cover just about everything you need to know to operate Formsrus in your org. The only thing i dont like is that there isn't much room to put custom fields on the forms themselves. Try them out, you won't be disappointed! Formsr has saved my organization so much time! It makes creating reports easier than ever before. Before Formsr we had several spreadsheets that kept track of all of our documents, forms and records.
