First I have to wonder why the factory seals were cut off when I bought the new item. It was pretty obvious that it had been unwrapped and put back in the box as quickly as possible. Had I bought a discounted warehouse deal like in the past, I would understand. The range isn't that great. The grill sits in the middle of the back yard and when I walk across the side yard the connection drops and a very annoying alarm goes off. That's why I turned off the alarm clock. Otherwise I really like this unit.
