Review on Wi-Fi adapter TP-LINK TL-WN881ND, green by Mateusz Praga ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Exactly as promised by the manufacturer, high quality.

OS Windows 10. I didn’t download any drivers, they are installed automatically and fly in. Just booted up already in Qualcomm Atheros AR9287 Wireless Network Adapter devices (Well, it's TP-LINK =D). The driver did not change. Works fast, no complaints. No reconnects, no crashes. Everything is clear. Some pros: It works just as stably and clearly, as if connected via a LAN cable (the air is clear). I don't know if all PCI-E adapters work this way, but you can't compare it with USB whistles, no fading, no delays. I sent a ping from the console to a file, played counter, everything is clear, less than 1 mlsk. a maximum of 25 -55 mlsk delays slipped, and then 5 pieces per hour is nonsense. On USB whistles (I tried a bunch of adapter options and ASUS and D-Link and TP-Link all in the furnace), the delays jump up to 200 -500 until the timing is reset and very often. I even had the idea that WiFI cannot replace LAN, it turned out that it can)) In short, not a single USB WIFI adapter is a competitor in terms of PCI-E WIFI performance, that's for sure. Has cons: Problem with board installation. I put it in one computer, loaded it in the devices. Put in another, glitches began with the disk controller, the computer hung. In short, the adapter conflicts with interrupts. I don't know. I started it by setting hard in the BIOS of the motherboard on the PCI slot IRQ to 5. Everything appeared and worked. It's strange, of course. The signal catches mediocre, but nevertheless 4 sticks and shows a connection at 300 mb. S (the router in the next room is a brick wall), while the router shows a connection at 270 mb / s. I think TP-Link is lying))).
