This table was easy to put together. I started tightening the little leg pieces, but one of them wouldn't screw all the way in. I decided to remove them all and just put the table on metal legs with no legs. In this case it works great - there is nothing sharp or rough on the underside of the metal that could ruin the carpet. Please note this table is fine but don't expect it to look like real wood. It looks a bit cheap but I think I knew that when I ordered it. Everything is fine at the moment. It's small but not ridiculously small so fits in the space I need it for. I see it as a "placeholder" until I eventually find a table that fits exactly in a furniture store. Real wood and fully assembled would be what I'm looking for. I'm getting used to this table now, and so far everything suits me.
