I like that there are so many options for it to work well in different environments, whether you're using desktop or mobile apps; however this makes training new users more difficult as they have access all of their information at once rather than having them learn one system first before moving onto another option (which also takes longer). It's definitely helpful when managing large amounts of employees because everything can be found under "time card" instead if searching through several email folders/emails which sometimes gets confusing trying find what exactly i'm looking up about my coworkers' hours!
