Great PCIE out, bike lights ok

These are great breakout boards and I haven't got a single DOA yet, or one has died *knock on wood* However someone needs to tell me the bike light on thing is that Board, when does it work? It would also be better if the LED read the power drawn from the power supply rather than the voltage behind it.
