Two things - (1) This bed is not supportive in the middle as pictured. The middle of the donut has hardly any filling, and one would sink right to the floor. The outside of the donut is comfy and has the amount of support that I wish the "donut hole” had. (2) The zipper is extremely difficult to open because it gets caught up in the furry covering (which is extremely soft). I am returning because I wanted something easy to wash (full zip feature was great, if only it didn’t keep getting caught up in furry covering), and supportive for our elderly dog. Unfortunately the box also arrived damaged and the "space saver” bag it shipped in was ripped so it has expanded in the box, this will be a chore to send back unfortunately, but not worth the money that I paid for it.
