I bought in addition to the robot vacuum cleaner. Chose between V11 and T20. The V11 did not like having two floor brushes (smooth and carpet separately), but attracted more power. The T20 was interested in a collapsible design and, most importantly, a universal "smart" brush. When I read the reviews, it turned out that the latter is the main vulnerability, but the problem is solvable. The choice was stopped at T20 despite the higher price (I took it for 22690). I will not dwell on the advantages of this model in detail. They are known to all and correspond to reality. The vacuum cleaner copes very well with different coatings, it works quietly (with an eye on the mode). T20 helps to clean places inaccessible to the robot (corners, ceilings, upholstered furniture, bedding), or quickly eliminate local dirt on the floor. After the purchase, I decided to check if the brush of my copy is at risk of breakage and disassembled it in accordance with the manual on youtube (thanks to kind people). The result is visible in the attached photos. The brush has definitely been improved (probably by the manufacturer). The picture shows the places where the white-black incoming wires are connected to the red-black ones. The incoming wires are thicker and in stronger insulation. In addition, the cause of chafing wires (fixing petals) has been eliminated. Details can be found on youtube under the phrase, something like "t20 brush repair". I can confidently recommend the Dreame T20 vacuum cleaner with a purchase, especially considering the improvements made.
