The fact that we can track our campaigns across platforms very easily is one of my favorite things! There are some features I dislike such as not being able for us business users in India (where most marketing teams operate from) but there's nothing too significant here either way so no complaints really :). It takes time getting used to everything new if you have never worked within an analytics platform before - especially when using something like Google Analytics which feels more familiar than this product does at first glance :) We use roxo primarily because its easy tracking between clients & reporting back into GA without having multiple accounts etc required by other products outThere're lotsa different ways around doing what your looking fo rbut ROXO makes them all easier.
