Used a thermometer to know when the turkey meatballs were cooked, wanted the meatballs to heat to 160 degrees. The meatballs seemed to be taking a lot longer to bake than usual but the thermometer it read 88 degrees. The meatballs looked horribly overcooked and I used another digital thermometer and it read 200 degrees! I cut one up to taste and it was so dry it was inedible which resulted in me having the had to throw away whole batch. 5lbs of it ground turkey, very expensive rubbish! Definitely easy to read and use but incredibly inaccurate. I bought this because I liked that it showed you what temp you were using for different Want meats which my old one didn't have.
