How could such a bad product be made?

Not just about filters, but about the GEYSER COMPANY and its attitude towards customers. There are quite a few reports on the Internet about leaks of this system. I have a drip flask with a membrane from 2 (!) connections at once. I applied to the Geyser in writing. The support service said that there REALLY WAS A BATCH OF DEFECTIVE CARTRIDGES. They advised me to contact the head office. They confirmed there was a problem. But to my question: why didn’t users warn about this, I got a GREAT answer: """ We are not a car manufacturer, we cannot recall products or inform customers, as we do not collect personal data, at least from everyone. Systems are sold through dealers, there are simply contractors who buy and resell it at their discretion. At the same time, the problem with cases always arises after 3-4 years, i. E. this information simply cannot be collected. The mass character of reviews on the Internet cannot be estimated without knowing the volume of sales. Yes, this is an unpleasant situation, but we, for our part, always go forward regarding the replacement of the defective part and compensation for damage. """ 1. I don't understand - they don't have the opportunity to post information about problems with filters on their website and through dealers from whom users will buy consumables? 2. They know that the problem occurs after 3-4 years and are silent (!) I provided the documents from the filter. Explained the situation; as a result of the flood, my kitchen furniture was damaged and the neighbors flooded. Then PAUSE for almost a month. To my written requests - SILENCE . Then I called the employee in their office with whom the correspondence was conducted. He said something indistinctly about his silence in response to my inquiries. He said that the data is not enough and an examination of the damage is needed. I said that there is a leaking cartridge, there are documents for it, there is damage to the furniture. But it turned out that I should conduct (and pay for) the examination. To my question, which organization should conduct this examination, I did not receive a CLEAR answer. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING THEIR PRODUCTS.

  • Low reliability (!). Weak service. Blatant disrespect for customers.
