We just used it for the first time. So not sure about the battery life. One of the main reasons it only gave 3 stars is that it doesn't come with straps. This is very important so you don't accidentally get caught in the TV! It works great for us, but I'm sure the gaming case it comes in isn't going to be used, but at least it holds 2 controllers together. I also wish it was a different color than the originals that came with the console.
