I like that we have been able to use our own data source instead of relying solely on Google AdWords or other online platforms, which is important in this day an age where privacy is at risk! We are looking forward to having more control over how Google's platform works with us going forward, however; there may be some challenges working within Beeswax compared to using another provider for ad inventory management services - but it all comes down to what you want out of your software.
The team has always been extremely helpful when needed, providing support beyond just their products (e.g., if something isn't quite right they will help troubleshoot). Nothing really stands out negatively about my experience so far aside from wanting to see pricing options better integrated into sales pipelines before signing contracts. Having access to multiple vendors allows us flexibility by choosing one who fits best with what each client needs/budget.
