We mainly use this type of pan for grilling bacon. This set tops the old tent style bacon oven that is no longer for sale. Bacon cooks well, peels easily (use cooking spray), and the most notable feature is the weight of the pan. it is a heavyweight compared to others. It also works great as a platter.
