One note: When I bought this I thought the top of the sunflower might turn, but it doesn't. There is a piece you need to use if you want the sunflower to move sideways from the layer. I keep it flat for my two girls to sit on and look at the balcony. Not only do they sit on it, but they also enjoy scratching the pillar and rubbing their snouts on soft petals. It really isn't very durable if you have larger cats. My 6 lb cat won't drop this thing, she's fine getting up and back up, but my 10 lb cat is. yes, she easily knocks him over when she jumps off him. I plan on just bolting it to a stronger platform on the floor so we don't have this problem.
