Review on FOIAXpress by Bobby Aghetoni
This is a good product for those looking to migrate their data from another application.
I used to work for a large IT vendor and it was great to see a smaller competitor that offered something unique (that I had never seen before) take over my position at my old company. FOIAXpress made the transition seamless and took care of my former coworkers and customers who may want to switch to them. It's very user friendly and straightforward to use. Customer service is also excellent. It takes some getting used to, but once you get going, it's pretty easy to navigate. Very helpful! If your using an older version or if there is any issues they will update you within hours rather than days as most companies do. They provide great help documents which make life much easier when learning how to set things up properly.
Pros
- A little confusing when you first install the product but once you figure out what to do you'll be fine.
- You can build reports and dashboards very easily and export them into formats that others can read.
- Very fast response time from their support team.
Cons
- You cannot change fields without a programming knowledge which might limit the ability of some users.
- Limited free plan does not allow for multiple projects so you'd have to upgrade for those.
