I bought these to cut very strong 80 Nichrome wire and while they don't quite flush they cut perfectly. Knowing where to cut allows me to use them to make a cut prior to installation so there isn't an excessive protrusion over the build deck on my vape. If you want an absolutely flush cut, you'll need to find another pair. If you're vaping kanthal wire, any regular cheap washes will do, but if you're vaping something stronger like stainless steel or NI-80 and don't want to spend money on expensive legal washes, they will work. Big. $5-$12 flush cutting WILL NOT cut the NI-80 cleanly and will eventually BREAK. The cutting tips literally break, I know that from experience. In addition, these IRWINs are 100 times better than the Stanley 6".
