In general, the product is satisfied. I bought old extensions for almost double the price and we are almost the same extensions, very soft and well packaged. I was worried because they were a red shade but they matched my hair perfectly. I would say the only downside was that they smelled awful when I opened them. I washed them and let them air out for a few days and the smell was gone. I emailed the company to ask about the smell and they responded very quickly and helped me with that. I will buy here again and recommend them to people.
