It looks solid and well made at first glance, but looks can be deceiving once you get started. It's very clumsy, the amount of dough that comes out is very uneven, resulting in random cookie sizes or thickness. I only made 2 cookies without the help of a butter knife/spatula. All edges are very sharp to handle - body cylinder edges, handle, biscuit shape. You have to wash them very carefully to avoid cutting yourself and the worst thing is leaving marks on your palm when you hold the handle and squeeze. The cutters are flimsy and all bent, although I had a very soft dough which I always make with my old plastic cutter gun with no problems. I think you get what you pay for.
