Warranty will not be honored.
After about one year of use the RAM caused computer failure. Replaced RAM and everything works fine now. The company offered lower speed RAM instead of equal product for replacement. They also required a screenshot of the Non-working computer, I guess they don't understand the NON-WORKING PART, you cannot screenshot a blank screen.Really a pointless gesture to say lifetime warranty but you can never get a replacement.
