Review on Shopform by Brad Lovro

I love how easy it was when creating my account, which took only about 5 minutes! The customer service team at this point makes me feel like they are working with an old fashioned person who has been in business forever rather than someone that just started their career over 3 years ago (me). And no matter what you ask them they will say "we don't know". It's frustrating because there doesn't seem anything wrong or out of place but we have had nothing work since our first week using it after months without any issues before then. Their support staff seems more interested in making sure everything works perfectly instead of actually helping us solve problems. We use ShopForm as both a shopping cart site AND blog publishing tool so having all those features included made things easier overall.
