So I bought this because I can't afford to get any visible injuries from my job. So why not. The company is near me and a great security company (also has my shin pads). I'm the medium size and they fit perfectly. I'm not a big guy, so I didn't grow up. These stand for perfection. Warning, I wouldn't wear them over a tank top. That's not what they're made for, and before you get started on your chunky singlet, blah blah, google Travis Pastran under the jersey pads. It's not a bad thing to be safe, and if you're here I think you already know that. This is for people like me. Who tried elbow pads in the past and never tried again. I say try again and be sure. 10/10
