I was so happy to receive my Shark steam mop. I researched for several days before deciding. I have a Shark vacuum that I really like and thought I'd get a Shark. Well, he did a good job cleaning the bathroom floor, but the floor is where the vanity is; even at high and when using a steam boost, no marks appeared. But after going down and cleaning them, they came off. This made the wooden floors appear lighter. I'm not sure if I can keep it. A bit disappointed that I spent so much money and cleaning works better on my lap. Update: I removed the kitchen and added before and after. He picked up the disgusting dirty things but didn't do anything with the dirty solution. An ordinary mop could clean the floor just like this one. Another update, I kept my steam mop and bought extra mop pads as my whole house can't be cleaned with just one. I use it regularly and love that the rectangular nozzle cleans most of the floor at once and dries in seconds. That's the main reason I kept it. I have three children - two babies; So it's reassuring to know they won't slip and fall when I'm done.
