May fit a beaded bow - no > 2 " in diameter
The guide has a 2.5" diameter hole for the pear to fit. I had peeled my medium sized sweet tuber 3 layers well under the skin and the guide still just bit into the tuber and didn't bend around it when inserted. Bottom line: If you want to fry a 2-inch onion, this might be a smart move. If the lightbulb is bigger than the microdwarf you live in, don't waste your money.
