I really liked their tunnel products. It was nice to be able to start tunneling for my hamster and give him room to dig himself out. The only thing I didn't have to buy was a real skin over the hole because for some reason my hamster wouldn't go in the tunnels with the skin over the entrance. After I took the top off, he went into the tunnels. I will use the top build in the arena or similar but still have a good product. Because it is a cardboard material, it is not easy to clean. but that stuff is why i bought it anyway. If it gets stuck, it can be cut or something.
