The ease of use, that it can be set easily to subscribe to any device connected to your network and send data or commands directly from cloud without worry about servers etc. It has no limitation in number of devices which you want to connect with this system. I have been working over last few months with this service and as per my experience i can say this is one of best options available in market today. I have used only free version of their subscription but even after paying its features are unlimited. If you don't know how many devices your application will support then go ahead and try this amazing product. This software makes things easy to monitor real time status of your IoT devices. As we were monitoring our devices remotely before using this software now everything becomes easier. We didn't face any issue till now while using this platform. I have been working with cloudmqtt since last one year, it is very reliable tool to integrate microservices in our IoT project. It has good support of various protocols like AMPPS, WebSocket etc. Easy to use API's provided by this product. The UI could be bit better but overall its great product. Integration of all services through single platform helps us to reduce cost as well as time taken while developing an application.
