The platform offers us a wide range of audiences for our campaigns for all devices in real time. It is very useful when we need to target more specific segments that we do not have available in Salesforce or LinkedIn. For now I am pretty satisfied with the system but if possible I would like to see integrations with other channels from the same platform (Instagram, Youtube). Targeting specific audiences or segments with ANU can be extremely valuable as it allows us to better segment our B2B accounts. The ability to quickly pull data into our sales process from other sources in order to make better decisions for prospecting and lead nurturing. No real downsides but would like more customization options available and some additional features that are not currently supported by the platform (e.g., exporting of data). I have been able to integrate my email list with the ANU tool which has allowed me to easily create personalized campaigns and track results much faster than previous tools we used.
