Review on 🖋️ Optimized Speedball Sketching Pen Set - 2 Penholders with 6 Pen Tips by Hannah Curi

I bought this set for a small pen holder and was also happy to try 6 different sizes of nibs. After opening the box and trying 3 large nibs and 3 smaller nibs, I found that the Hunt Extra-Fine #512 Large Tip Pen Holder was the only nib I could work with. The rest was too "scratchy" and I couldn't write with it. Now I like the big pen holder more. I have tried different papers including 140lb. Watercolor paper and Clairefotaine 'Triomphe', a very smooth 90gsm writing paper. I also found a company online that sells new old stock gold plated nibs that all fit this large speedball pen holder and work well.
